Phew the storm passed us by…

During the night the storm fizzled out, the wind dropped and, thank goodness, so did the temperature. It is still grey and overcast this morning and I’m hoping we get more rain. Only 2mm fell overnight. But it has refreshed the plants. Rain has magical properties that no amount of watering can supply.

Thank you to all my blogging friends who expressed their concern. The connection and caring of the WordPress community is heart warming.

I hope you all enjoy your weekend whatever the weather and wherever you are.

Glad you came through Pauline – sorry I’ve been a bit out of things lately . Storms wreak such havoc and misery . I like to be a safe distance Lol but of course in some climates there is very little escape .

  2. Then nitrogen in the rain makes everything look so much greener, Pauline. I’m so glad you’re in the sunshine again ๐Ÿ˜€

  3. Looks like the rain was very welcome. We had just the right amount here too. ๐Ÿ™‚

  4. Your garden looks very pleased with itself, I’m glad you got just the right amount of rain ๐Ÿ™‚

  5. So glad you emerged unscathed and the plants are happy. ๐Ÿ™‚
