Another timely challenge from Ailsa of “Where’s my backpack” as tomorrow we will be winging our way through the skies to Sydney.
These photos were taken earlier this year when we flew to Hobart and had a brief, two-hour, stop over in Sydney. This time we will stay there for 7 days.
Jack has an affinity with the old “Coat-hanger” as he was born in 1932, the year the bridge was dramatically opened. ( click here to read the story of the Bridge)
Up in the clouds with you is a joy.

Say hi to Sydney from me! I’m hoping to get over there at the end of next year. LOVE that first Sydney shot – my eyes are usually so heavy when flying there I don’t see anything!

One thing I have promised myself is a look inside the Opera House. Should be plenty of windows there Dawn… Being pensioners we can travel on all public transport for $2-50 for 24 hours. So plan to do some harbour ferry cruises. So much to do so little time!!!!!!
