I am no longer a gypsy, wandering where ever the whim takes me. It has been a fantastic few years but my lifestyle has changed and my blog “Gypsy Life” is no longer relevant.
So I am starting a new phase of life and with it a new blog. “Living in Paradise”.

I have written a post and published it. At least I think I have. I’m finding it very difficult navigating the setting up of a new blog. I don’t recollect it being so difficult in 2009 when I started my first blog. So it is definitely a work in progress. I may have to call on the “happiness engineers” for help…
I do hope all my lovely blogging buddies follow me over there and I will be fine tuning the layout etc over the next few days.

Thanks Lisa, I appreciate your help. I think my brain is getting a bit rusty, I’m finding it much harder to get this new blog going. Things have changed in the WP world. Doesn’t seem as user friendly as when I started in 2009…

there are a lot of things on the ‘improved’ updates they slip in, which i think negate what we had instead of improve them.. one is removing the ‘underline’ prompt, and many times i cannot get the hyperlink to be blue.. nothing i do will make it go to blue for easier viewing.. then there’s the ‘administrator’ compose option vs the improved one, and the latter is horrid… too bad they don’t leave good things alone if they’re not broken!

I remember many frustrations when I was blogging previously. Seems they have not learnt their lesson to leave well alone when things are working ok. I’m finding many of the new themes so difficult, they seem to all be geared for businesses. Not many for personal bloggers. It is very difficult finding just a straight forward, easy to use theme. Ah well I guess it is good for the grey matter to have this workout…
