Greetings from New Zealand

Time is flying, 2 weeks gone already, 2 weeks still left. Internet connections are few and far between so I must wait till I get back home to share my photos with you.

Here is a sample of just a few places we have been too.

Thermal areas of central New Zealand. Steaming, bubbling and hissing with awesome power

Forgotten World Highway. It was 150 kilometres, winding through the rugged, steep hills of the back block country.

The quaint village of Hobbiton where the movies Lord of the Rings were made.

That is just a quick sample of what we are seeing.

We have found a library with internet connection and have a spare half hour.

But now it is “on, on”

I will be in touch again in 2 weeks time….

Yes, like Cindy I was concerned about you both and missed your blogs. Thought about health concerns, family but never about internet connections, what a wonderful solution. Looking forward to seeing more, we have not explored beyond Auckland .Enjoy. Have a great day, Lyn

    • Hi Lyn and David I was very surprised that the connections over here are so erratic. Am in a good area at the moment so making the most of it before we head back into the wilderness of lost cyberspace… Will be posting more photos when we get home.
