My thoughts are with my blogging friends in the path of Sandy…

As I sat in my lounge in Australia and ate my breakfast this morning, I watched the devastating news and pictures of hurricane Sandy as she bears down on the USA.

In this world of instant communications we will be able to follow this horrific drama as it unfolds.

Now with the blogosphere I know so many of you that will be directly in the path of this beast. My heart goes out to you all and I hope you all stay safe.

I believe you may be without power for a while but I will be thinking of you all.

I think everyone is thinking of the people in the path of this tremendous storm and hoping they will all be safe…the power of nature is awesome and frightening sometimes.

  3. That is such a good comment, we should all have emergency supplies but in reality how many of us do until disaster is threatening us.I think apart from important documents it is the photographs and maybe the computer as it has so much in one place of addresses etc. that I would take with me.

If we had to leave house and home in a moment what would one pick up as they rush out the door towards safety?

I am now thinking we should prepare an emergency pack for in the event of …
