Kalbarri sunset

Kalbarri sunset, originally uploaded by gypsy woman1.

It was time to move on, after spending 9 days in this beautiful part of Australia and spending it with good friends. On our last night we all walked across the road to Wendy and Mic’s favourite place to watch the sun set. With a bottle of wine, cheese and crackers we watched and waited. The cloud formations were spectacular and as the sun set it was the best display of natures grandeur that we had seen on the west coast. We took so many photos it was hard to choose the best.

Back at the house I cooked chicken curry for us all then Mic got out his guitar and he and Wendy sang in delightful harmony some of the songs Mic had composed. It was a perfect way to spend our last evening together, creating lasting memories.
