Well making a list has motivated me and yesterday I made a start of downgrading the garden. Pulled out the last of the veggies and put them into the compost bin. Didn’t plant any more. As I was pulling things out I was thinking of next year, the forecast is another dry summer …

It is already so dry after weeks with very little rain, hot drying winds and clear blue skies. I do not think growing veggies through summer is very easy as they need so much water, so now will be buying more at the farmer’s market.

My lists are 2 pages long so I have a busy time ahead of me.

Your choice of words are spot on, especially the over the hill.
Not to worry it’s all down hill from here on. We can put it in angel gear & fly.
